Heart of Life runs annual training events, seminars and talks known as Access All Areas Training Academy.

Coming up in May / June:

• Introduction to Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques
  Workshop facilitated by an NLP Master Practitioner with extensive management and staff development experience. Empowering techniques that can be used in both professional and personal lives. Excellent for Managers, team leaders, senior practitioners…
  

• Coaching for Success
  Work alongside an experienced life coach, highly skilled in personal and professional development. Learn how to use key life coaching skills in your work and communication with others. Guaranteed to be great fun as well as extremely informative
  

• The keys for successful group work
  Run by an experienced youth worker and consultant who has worked both in the UK and a number of other European countires and who is experienced in the training and development of local authority staff and young people. Designed to help you identify the key skills to managing the dynamics of group work and to understand the needs of the individuals within the group
  

• Life can also be fun and games
  Sometimes we can be so fixated on solving the problem that all we can see is the problem. Learn how to step back and remember how important it is to be able to laugh and engage in play  – especially for the young people with whom you maybe working. This is an excellent grounding in developing ideas and skills to create positive and highly interactive team building exercises, warm ups and rapport between adults and children.
